The Tidy Up Your Head program (though I’d personally call it the ‘Rising from the Ashes’ program) and Petra Heisinger have truly changed my life.
I’m someone who had a very difficult childhood – so much so that I didn’t just have low self-esteem, I didn’t even know what the word meant. But thanks to God’s gift of persistence, I spent my life searching for a way out.
I reached out to psychologists, psychiatrists, life coaches (almost even shamans), took medication (none of which worked) – even everything I could find online. I tried changing my diet, my lifestyle… I genuinely fought to escape the hell of anxiety, hypochondria, depression, fake friends, toxic “moral” figures, narcissists… I can’t even begin to count how much money I spent – my rough estimate is around €100,000, and I’m not exaggerating.
And then I found Petra.
I told myself, ‘Okay, give her a chance – at least you’ll know you tried everything.’ If it hadn’t worked, I probably would’ve given in to some form of addiction just to numb the last scraps of reason and emotion I had left.
But Petra (and I can’t forget Brigita ♥️) became the person who has been changing my life – we’re not done yet! She’s the kind of person who will tell you exactly what you’re doing wrong, support you 100% when you’re right, and stand by you and her guidance, unlike everyone else I’d worked with before. She’ll also be brutally honest when you’re not in the right – and that’s exactly what I love about this program!
You’ll get clear instructions on how to start from the bottom and work your way up – but the rest is up to you. Don’t expect a magical solution – it doesn’t exist. But if you reach out to Petra and walk into the battle together, whatever your problem is, I guarantee she won’t turn her back on you.

At the beginning of this program, I imagined us as characters from a fairytale cartoon. Petra was like a gentle, warm mother duck, with kind eyes – a beautiful little duck – teaching us, her little ducklings from the program, how to swim in the heavenly blue lake of life. Many ducklings bravely jumped into the lake, while I, a fearful little duckling, did not dare to jump, afraid of life’s waves.
But now, I have jumped. I gathered courage and leapt into the heavenly blue lake of life. I even flew past mother duck and the other ducklings, and now I swim bravely through the heavenly blue lake of life, no longer afraid of the waves, listening to mother duck’s advice. I even dive deep now, so very deep. Sometimes I get scratched by a small sharp pebble—but it’s nothing serious, just a little stone. I push it aside and continue to swim bravely, swimming on alongside mother duck and the other brave ducklings in the heavenly blue lake of Life 😍

Petra, and everything she does, is hard to describe in just a few sentences. In the same way, it is difficult to describe my journey through the program “Tidy Up Your Head”. Just as the name of the program gently yet directly tells us what we need to do, Petra conveys the same message. I am convinced that Petra is a person given to us in this earthly world by God Himself – to be His extended hand. And that is exactly the hand Petra offered me, which I accepted – gently, yet firmly, so it would not slip away. This entire process of“tidying up,” through which she guides me while holding my hand in this way, brings me countless blessings. You cannot see these blessings at the very beginning; you cannot see them because the mind is still cluttered. Bbut as you begin to put it in order, you notice them more and more. Through this process, I have learned to love myself. I have come to love everything that I am, and everything I can still become. At the same time, I am correcting all the false beliefs that were long embedded in my life and by which I used to live. I am setting new – and true – definitions of self-respect, courage, happiness, and love. This process brings me an abundance of happiness and peace in everyday life. It teaches me how to find joy even in the smallest things. By clearing my mind, I am wiping away the dust that has been accumulating for years – and I do not regret it, nor does the process exhaust me. I work diligently, and the rewards come from all sides. Rewards in the form of love – the real kind – the kind I can now truly understand, define, and feel. ❤️
